free goalie mentorship program

This Program pairs younger goalies with experienced players to support skill growth, confidence, and leadership. This initiative fosters meaningful connections that promote long-term development on and off the ice.

how mentors and goalies are paired

Goalies join the program based on their age and skill level, ensuring each pairing supports meaningful development. Younger goalies aged U11 to U13 are matched with mentors from the U15 group, while those in U13 to U15 connect with mentors aged U16 to U18.

This structure promotes relevant guidance and fosters a natural progression in skills and leadership.

Leadership and Growth

monthly sessions designed for growth

core components of our mentorship meetings

Each month, goalies and mentors join group calls to set clear, achievable goals tailored to individual development stages. These sessions encourage accountability and track progress to maintain steady improvement.

Mindset training is a key feature, helping goalies build resilience and focus under pressure. Discussions cover balancing hockey with daily life demands, promoting a healthy approach to sport and personal growth.

Interactive Q&A segments allow participants to address challenges and share insights, fostering a supportive community. This open dialogue strengthens communication skills and deepens understanding of the goalie role.

Together, these monthly sessions create a structured environment where both younger goalies and mentors refine skills, develop leadership, and build confidence essential for long-term success.
