Vince has developed experience across the sports industry through roles in sales with the Winnipeg Jets, event coordination with the Toronto Blue Jays, and community programming with Play On! Canada.
Vince played with the Mississauga Terriers (5-year ring team), Mississauga North Stars, Markham Majors, and Toronto Titans. These experiences continue to shape his coaching philosophy and long-term approach to goalie development.
In his first full season of coaching, Vince worked with up to 24 goalies across multiple levels and organizations. He focuses on developing technically sound goaltenders who understand the game beyond just making saves, emphasizing structure, detail, consistency, patience, and hockey IQ.
His training approach incorporates skating efficiency, rebound control, tracking, positioning, and crease management. He believes in creating an environment where goalies are challenged, supported, and pushed to compete every time they step on the ice.
Beyond on-ice development, Vince is committed to long-term growth by helping athletes build confidence, accountability, and a strong work ethic that carries into game performance. His goal is to develop goalies who are prepared, composed, and capable of performing under pressure.
Whether in 2-on-1 sessions or individual training, Vince brings a structured, high-energy, and detail-driven coaching style to every session.
